Privacy Policy

Effective from 2 August 2026

In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and contains no forms. We do not profile anyone and we do not transfer data outside the European Union. We only receive your data if you contact us yourself.

1. Data controller

Tech Solutions Dariusz Bieliński
ul. Obrońców Tobruku 29, 01-494 Warsaw, Poland
VAT ID (NIP): PL5222715050 · REGON: 012111291

Contact for data protection matters: contact@deltasil.eu, phone +48 600 225 995.

DeltaSil is a trade name under which the above business operates.

2. What data we collect

Server logs. Every visit is recorded by the hosting server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system type. This happens automatically and is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Correspondence. If you email or call us, we process the data you provide yourself — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

What we do not collect: the site stores no cookies and no data in your browser, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers (we serve fonts from our own server precisely so that your browser never connects to third parties).

3. Legal basis and purpose

4. Retention periods

5. Processors and recipients

The website and mailboxes run on the servers of our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

SEOHOST.pl (Poland) — hosting for deltasil.pl, deltasil.eu and the mailboxes in those domains.

Data may also be disclosed to our accounting office and to authorities entitled to it by law. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@deltasil.eu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. As the controller is established in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

7. Providing data is voluntary

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we cannot reply to your enquiry or prepare an offer.

8. Changes to this policy

If the website gains features that change the scope of processing — a contact form or an analytics tool, for example — we will update this document and change the date at the top of this page.
